Navigating Enrollment at Archway

Everything You Need to Know About Our Admissions Process and How We Support Your Teen’s Recovery

Admissions Process

At Archway Academy, we understand that the path to recovery and education doesn’t always follow a traditional timeline. That’s why we offer a flexible, year-round enrollment process designed to accommodate the unique needs of each student and family.

Our straightforward application process ensures that students can begin their journey with us whenever they’re ready, without having to wait for semester breaks or specific intake periods. Whether you’re transitioning from treatment or looking for a supportive, sober learning environment, we make it easy to get started at any time of the year.

STEP 1: INITIAL CONTACT

Families typically start the admissions process at Archway Academy by reaching out through phone, email, or the school’s website. The main goals of this initial contact are to evaluate if the student is a suitable fit, explain the enrollment procedure, and arrange a campus tour.

STEP 2: CAMPUS TOUR & INTERVIEW

The campus tour at Archway Academy is essential for families to experience classes firsthand, meet recovery staff, and gain a clear understanding of the school’s unique educational and recovery approach, fostering transparency and dispelling misconceptions.

STEP 3: COMPLETE PAPERWORK

Be sure to complete our enrollment paperwork in its entirety. Our admissions team then reviews the paperwork and works with the Registrar and Principal to officially enroll the student and create a class schedule.

STEP 4: APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID

If your family needs financial assistance, please complete the online scholarship application. Our Director of Finance will work closely with you throughout the application process to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent your student from being admitted.

STEP 5: ENGAGE IN RECOVERY

Archway coordinates with families to encourage students to participate in recovery programs outside of school, such as intensive outpatient programs or Alternative Peer Group (APG) meetings, to support their ongoing recovery journey.

Please contact the Archway office at 713.328.0780 or email andrew.warren@archwayacademy.org if you have any questions.

For additional assistance filling out your financial aid application please see additional resources here.
