Fees & Tuition
At Archway Academy, we believe that financial barriers should never stand in the way of a student's opportunity to pursue recovery and education. We are committed to making our programs accessible to all who need them.
2024 – 2025 Program Fee
Our program fee of $1,250 per month helps sustain our comprehensive recovery support services, provides access to licensed clinicians, and ensures our class sizes remain small with a student-to-teacher ratio of under 10:1.
Archway Academy is a private, nonprofit organization that does not base enrollment on race, color, creed, religion, or socioeconomic factors.
All payments after the initial enrollment payment are due by the 1st of the month. Late payments will be charged a $50 fee and charged to the student’s account.
2024 – 2025 Program Fee
In addition to the regular tuition fees, students may incur additional charges for various activities and services throughout the academic year. These fees are not covered by financial aid or scholarships and must be paid separately. They include, but are not limited to:
- Field Trips: Costs associated with educational field trips, including transportation, admission fees, and other related expenses.
- Senior Trip: Expenses related to the senior trip, such as travel, accommodation, and activities.
- SPROM (Sober Prom): Fees for attending SPROM, which may include the cost of the venue, catering, and entertainment.
- Drug Testing: In the event a student needs extra accountability and additional drug testing outside of our random testing, the associated costs will be billed to the student’s account.
- Graduation: Expenses may include graduation invitations and cap and gown rentals.

At Archway Academy, we believe that financial barriers should never stand in the way of a student’s recovery and education. We offer financial aid to ensure that every student has the opportunity to attend.
Please note that financial documentation is required for all applications, and while financial aid can significantly reduce costs, it does not cover additional fees, such as those for drug testing or extra curricular activities.
